At Anodyne Audio Service we specialize in the service, repair and restoration of musical instrument amplifiers, electronic organs, digital pianos, synthesizers and pro audio equipment.
We have a “fix it once, fix it right” attitude, and strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Everything is treated as if it were our own.
We offer in-shop service for portable items, and on-site service for all makes of electronic organs and pianos.
Anodyne Audio Service is an authorized warranty service center for most major brands, including Rodgers, Johannus, Fender, Marshall, Vox, Roland, Yamaha, Korg, Pioneer DJ and more.
We are one of Canada’s only factory certified Allen Organ repair centers.
Throughout our 16 years in business, we have repaired tens of thousands of amps, pianos, organs and more.

Owner and lead technician Derek Lawrence has over 25 years of professional experience as an audio electronics technician.
Derek has had a life long passion for music and electronics, and graduated with Honors from the DeVry Electronics Engineering Technician program in 2001. Derek began his electronics career as a repair tech at Steve's Music in Toronto, and later held technician roles at Roland Canada and TC Electronic. Derek managed the service department at Power Group, a distributor of musical instruments and pro audio equipment. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing a warranty service network spanning Canada and the USA. Always eager to run his own business, Derek began Anodyne Audio Service in 2010.
In addition to his passion for electronics, Derek is a guitar player. He has played across Canada and in the USA with several bands over the past 30 plus years.
